Important policy about missed course and refunds. Policy applies to all OCTTA program and courses.
Dear Members,
If you wish to book private coaching sessions, please contact the club directly. Any private coaching sessions not arranged through the club will be at your own risk, and the club will not be held responsible for any issues that may arise.
For cancellations or rescheduling of sessions, we request you notify the club at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class. Only half the training fee will be refunded if failure to provide such notice. Your adherence to these guidelines is appreciated.

We use the same policy for missed classes as the Town of Oakville. “Participants are to attend all classes as scheduled for the program in which they are registered. In the event that a participant is unable to attend a scheduled class(es), make-up classes, refunds, or credits for the missed class(es) will not be provided.”
Please be aware that sometimes OCTTA may be forced to suspend classes, due to some issues like the Town of Oakville may need to use our court or extreme bad weather etc.. In that case, OCTTA will arrange make up lessons .
Players requiring additional assistance can register in our regular courses or programs.
If your player has any behavioural, physical, emotional, or learning difficulties that require specialized accommodations, please inform the office at OCTTA by email at oakvilletabletennis@gmail.com when you register any OCTTA courses or programs.
For players brand new to table tennis. Learn table tennis basic skills, including paddle control, positioning on the court, basic serving, forehand and backhand. Build hand-eye coordination and other motor skills through instructor led drills.
For players who have taken lessons before or have been playing informally and wish to learn more about table tennis. Students will be taught new skills and given time to practice them using different drills.
This group will train for 2 hours every week and get the chance to build up their skills to enter higher level training groups, such as the high school team. Through this group, players can gain transferable skills such as leadership. Students can practice their social skills by promoting this sport in their communities.
This course is designed specifically for high-performance players, focusing on intensive training and comprehensive physical conditioning.Through a rigorous training regimen, participants will be fully prepared for national and international competitions.
For players who want to participate in local and provincial tournaments. Classes will be focused on more advanced techniques and fitness training. Players at this level are suggested to train at least 5 hours per week.
The high school team is designed to keep students active and in good health. This course serves as a way for them to relieve stress and make friends. During training, players will also be properly prepared for competitions, undergoing professional training.
