The U10 program is for young players who have some basic exposure to table tennis and can rally casually with others.
Training emphasizes proper technique, fundamental footwork, and consistency, while correcting habits and reinforcing correct movement patterns at an early stage.
The U11–U14 program is intended for players with basic playing experience who are ready for more structured training.
Sessions focus on refining technique, improving consistency, and developing core fundamentals, while continuing to correct form and build strong technical foundations.
The Pre-Team is an advanced training program for youth players preparing for competitive play.
It serves as a bridge between regular age group training and Team training.
Players aiming to move into the OCTTA Team are strongly encouraged to train twice per week.
The OCTTA Team is our high-performance training group for dedicated competitive athletes.
This program emphasizes intensive technical development, physical conditioning, tactical awareness, and match preparation through a structured, long-term training system.
Players in the OCTTA Team regularly participate in regional, national, and international competitions.
The Adult program is designed for recreational and competitive adult players looking to improve their skills in a structured setting.
Training includes drills, match play, and coach-guided instruction, with an emphasis on technique, consistency, and enjoyment of the game.
